Introduction
Aeger Group is committed to high ethical standards throughout our operations and supply chain. These guidelines set out the values, expected behaviors, and mechanisms to report and handle concerns.

1. Scope
These guidelines apply to Aeger Group employees, officers, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.

2. Core principles

  • Integrity: Act honestly and fairly in all business dealings.

  • Human rights and labor standards: Respect workers' rights, fair wages, safe working conditions, and non-discrimination throughout the supply chain.

  • Environmental responsibility: Minimize environmental impact and promote sustainable practices.

  • Anti-corruption: Zero tolerance for bribery, facilitation payments, or other corrupt practices.

  • Data privacy and confidentiality: Handle personal and confidential information responsibly and lawfully.

3. Examples of expected conduct

  • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose potential conflicts to management.

  • Do not accept or offer improper gifts or payments intended to influence decisions.

  • Ensure accurate and transparent record‑keeping.

4. Supplier and partner expectations

  • Suppliers must comply with applicable laws and these core principles.

  • Where appropriate, suppliers should implement their own due‑diligence and remediation processes.

5. Reporting concerns (whistleblowing)

  • If you suspect unethical behavior, wrongdoing, or breaches of law or policy, report it to: post@aeger.no

  • Reports may be made confidentially. We will treat reports seriously, investigate promptly, and protect whistleblowers from retaliation to the extent permitted by law.

6. Investigation and enforcement

  • We will investigate credible reports and take proportionate corrective action if a breach is found (e.g., training, contract remedies, termination of contracts).

  • Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Training and responsibility

  • We provide training to our staff and management to ensure awareness of these guidelines.

  • Management is responsible for enforcing and demonstrating these principles.

8. Continuous improvement

  • We review these guidelines periodically and update them as needed to reflect legal requirements, stakeholder expectations, and operational changes.
