1. Scope and commitment
This statement sets out Aeger Group’s approach to compliance with the Transparency Act and related due diligence in our operations and supply chain. We expect the same standards from our suppliers and partners.

2. Due diligence approach

  • Risk identification: we assess suppliers and business partners for risk factors related to working conditions and human rights (e.g., origin of goods/services, sector, and country risk).

  • Risk assessment: we use available information, supplier self-declarations, and public sources to evaluate identified risks.

  • Mitigation measures: where risks are identified, we require corrective actions, improve contractual clauses, or engage in dialogue with suppliers. In severe cases, we may end the business relationship.

  • Monitoring: periodic reviews, supplier audits (where relevant), and follow-ups to verify implementation of corrective measures.

3. Scope of the value chain considered

  • This statement covers Aeger Group’s direct suppliers and relevant indirect suppliers where we have contractual leverage or when the risk is material to our operations. For requests about a specific product or supplier, please contact us.
