The officer on duty will then offer you immediate advice, mobilize our crisis management team (CMT) if necessary, provide response resources and support you throughout the crisis management.
The Intelligence & Operations Center (IOC) at DNK builds the global intelligence picture to support decision-making among our members in short to long term. We do this through a professional set-up consisting of an expanded source network and skilled intelligence analysts.

DNK IOC also supports our members with crisis management if necessary.

The Duty Officer is the IOCs Point of Contact for DNK members and their vessels on security and emergency preparedness matters.

Aeger Group's employees have become guard officers fully integrated with DNK's Intelligence and Operations Center (IOC). The IOC offers 24/7/365 loss prevention and loss mitigation services to all ships insured by DNK. In this way, Aeger Group helps increase the value of the service provided to its members.
Aeger Group also offers remote port crisis management and medical support services. Services range from the deployment of medical teams to medical evacuations.

DNK's Intelligence and Operations Center (IOC) offers 24/7/365 loss prevention and loss reduction services to all ships insured by DNK. In 2021, DNK saw that they needed to strengthen their service portfolio further to take care of their members and face the future.
